Due to continued growth,  we are looking for our Head of Global Delivery !

Job and Role

Your main activities : 

You provide leadership for delivery managers/project managers in delivery and operations management and manage architecture, construction and testing, in order to meet and customer needs , as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the senior management team and achieving operational parameters.

You will build the bases of all development and conceptualize different service offerings and solutions for the client, as well as to ensure the provision of services for the client's contractual work.

You design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for excellence in delivery and customer satisfaction.

You introduce best practices in project development, agile methodologies and coding standards; you institute a change if necessary and appropriate.

You are responsible for establishing operational procedures, work assignments, planning and all horizontal project management activities. 

You will also need to work closely with Vertical Heads.

You supervise technical direction and quality.

You will actively participate in the Group's delivery strategy (nearshore, offshore).

Expected Talents 

You benefit from at least 12/15 years of experience in ESN/ Systems Integrator including several years in the management  of international digital projects and in operations management  in an international environment.

You master the quality management processes.

You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, both technical and non-technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Frequent trips are to be expected in our subsidiaries
