The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative FSP Team Lead to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure, project management, and team leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of complex ICT infrastructure projects.

Whether you are an aspiring leader with a solid technical background or a seasoned expert used to steering multi-disciplinary teams, your mission will be to guarantee that technical delivery aligns perfectly with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance: Lead and manage complex ICT infrastructure projects, taking ownership of timeline tracking, budget optimization, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, motivate, and coordinate technical team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and clearing operational roadblocks.
Requirements Engineering: Analyze complex functional and technical requirements, translating them into clear roadmaps using UML modeling where necessary.
Agile Management: Facilitate and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team to ensure rapid, iterative, and high-quality deliveries.
Integration Coordination: Oversee projects involving modern integration patterns, including SOA, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
DevOps & Tooling: Leverage CI/CD principles and ensure efficient task tracking and documentation through Jira and Confluence.

Your Profile

Experience & Seniority Levels:

Junior: Strong technical background with initial experience leading small projects or sub-teams, and a desire to grow into a fully-fledged leadership role.
Medior: Solid experience managing mid-to-large-scale ICT infrastructure projects and directly driving engineering teams.
Senior: Extensive track record of delivering highly complex, enterprise-level ICT infrastructure programs while managing budgets, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Technical & Project Skills:

Methodologies & Modeling: Agile/Scrum, UML, Functional Analysis.
Architecture & Integration Concepts: SOA/REST principles, CI/CD pipeline concepts.
Tools: Expert usage of Jira and Confluence for project and sprint management.
Core Strengths: Outstanding project governance (time, budget, risk, and resource management) and natural leadership skills.

Language Skills:

Fluent in either Dutch (NL) or French (FR) (Minimum 3/4 - Professional Working Proficiency)
AND Fluent in English (EN) (Minimum 3/4 - Professional Working Proficiency)
