As a Customer Insights Expert, your role is to be the "voice of the customer." You will inform critical business decisions by collecting and analyzing client feedback, market trends, and financial data to turn raw information into a competitive advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management: Start, coordinate, and lead market research and data analysis projects from conception to delivery.
Strategic Partnering: Challenge internal stakeholders to fully grasp business needs and translate them into precise research questions.
Methodology Design: Select the most effective research techniques, define target groups, and craft high-impact survey questionnaires.
Deep-Dive Analysis: Perform complex data analyses using Excel or SPSS to uncover hidden patterns.
Actionable Insights: Summarize findings into concrete, high-level recommendations that drive business strategy.
🛠️ Your Profile
Experience & Technical Mastery:
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally on the client side in a Market Research or Data Analytical function.
Education: Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Analysis, Market Research, or a related field).
Technical Stack: Mandatory mastery of Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in SPSS is highly valued.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the challenges within the Customer Insights field and a proven track record in market research techniques.
Soft Skills:
Analytical & Concise: You have a passion for data, always seeking the "why" while remaining focused and to the point.
Influencer: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-Starter: Proactive and autonomous, with the commitment and perseverance to thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
Language Requirements:
Fluent English is mandatory.
Professional fluency in Dutch or French (mastery of both is a strong asset for the Brussels context).
