The goal of this job is to create a lead pipeline within the Dutch B2B market (medium to large private companies). The focus is on content creation, campaign management and coordination of marketing activities.
Tasks:
Content creation: Develops different types of digital content, such as blog articles, podcasts, videos, infographics, social media posts, and customer stories.
Audience engagement: Creates content that attracts, engages, and retains our ideal customer by providing value and building a relationship.
Website editing: Develop and publish new pages on the Dutch website about our products and services.
Editorial planning: Uses an editorial calendar to outline and schedule content, ensuring consistency and a strategic approach.
Promotion & distribution: Spreads content through channels like the website, social media, email newsletters, and other platforms to increase visibility and reach the target audience.
Research & analysis: Investigates relevant topics and analyses data to understand audience response and measure the success of content efforts.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and the global marketing team to develop campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Our ideal candidate
Skills (must):
Medior-level marketer with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS or Consultancy environment.
Proactive, creative, and ready to take ownership. You are proactive, energized by making things happen.
You have an HBO level and at least 3 year of work experience as a Marketing & Communications employee.
Storytelling: Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of crafting clear, persuasive, and error-free copy that speaks to a professional audience.
Curious: Love to learn. Researching new topics and synthesizing information into compelling content is second nature to you.
Hubspot pro: Using marketing automation to leverage smart campaigns that engage, create demand and help us build a solid pipeline.
LinkedIn savvy: Leverage LinkedIn to its full potential, not just for organic reach but also through targeted ad campaigns.
Performance driven: Use analytics to improve content and make decision.
Planning and coordinating: Strong planning skills help to successfully plan, schedule and execute content and campaigns. Whilst at the same time coordinating tasks with (internal) subject matter experts and member of the marketing team.
Fluent in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
Skills (preferred)
Design skills (with help from Canva): You're comfortable creating clean, professional visuals for social media and blogs using tools like Canva.
Experience with Drupal and are familiar with the Google Suite.
We also give bonus points for basic video and podcast editing skills.

- A smart Dutch team of 3, mainly consultants focussing on tactical and operational digital change projects
- Marketing colleagues in the group (FR, BE, DE)
- A "central" marketing team providing guidance, branding, platform, and support
