On behalf of one of our major clients based in Brussels, we are actively looking for a Service / Project Manager (Junior or Medior) to oversee infrastructure, service operations, and application delivery workflows.
Mission & Responsibilities
In this dual-capability role, you will support both strategic project delivery and structured service lifecycle management.
Project & Service Governance: Define parameters using Work Packages (WP), Project Management Plans (PMP), RACI matrices, and Gantt charts.
IT Service Management (ITSM): Apply ITIL processes and leverage ServiceNow to track and optimize daily IT delivery and support operations.
Methodology & Agile Execution: Work within structured environments (Prince II) alongside agile frameworks (SAFe, DSDM).
Application Lifecycle Management: Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of web applications, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
Tracking & Reporting: Build operational dashboards and track progress using MS Project Online, Jira, and Confluence.
Required Profile
Technical & Methodological Skills:
Working knowledge of Prince II and ITIL best practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile setups (SAFe, DSDM).
Technical proficiency in ServiceNow, MS Project Online, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong grasp of web application lifecycles and deployment workflows.
Language Requirements:
English: Professional proficiency (Minimum 3/4) AND
Dutch OR French: Professional proficiency (Minimum 3/4).
Seniority Criteria:
Junior Level (1+ year): Practical experience in IT project coordination or service desk support.
Medior Level (3+ years): Proven ability to autonomously manage medium-scale IT projects or application services.
